Summer School
Moving with Math® programs are flexible and designed to be used in a variety of settings. An integrated assessment system provides easy screening, monitors progress, and directs differentiated instruction.
Activity-based classrooms with manipulatives and games engage students in problem solving and ensure everyone succeeds.
- Easy to Use Programs
- Proven Results
- Assessment and Instruction correlated to state standards
- Hands-on activities reaching students at all math proficiency levels
Built-In Assessment
A diagnostic prescriptive system, matched to state and national standards, monitors achievement and provides accountability. Results allow teachers to easily differentiate instruction.
Easy to Use - Saves Time
A pacing calendar saves planning time. Lightly scripted lesson plans direct every hands-on lesson and provide professional development and daily teacher support.
Hands-On Learning
Activity-based classrooms with manipulatives and games engage students in problem solving and ensure everyone succeeds.
Problem Solving in Every Lesson
Students using manipulatives are engaged in problem-solving situations every day as they explore and discover the essential underpinnings of important mathematical concepts. Students develop and apply a five-step problem-solving model and discover that a variety of strategies may be used to solve the same problem.
Available in Spanish!
Our programs are ideal for second language and ELL students because manipulatives convey the abstract concept even when students have difficulty understanding the spoken language. Each Spanish Student Book is a duplicate of the English version - except it has been translated into Spanish by skilled, experienced translators. The examples, illustrations, and problems are exactly the same.
Web-Based Assessment Available
Optional Assessment Technology is available for your summer school program! Web-Based Pre- and Post-Tests are easy to use, save time, provide data to differentiate instruction, and measure growth.
