Algebra Success for All Students
Are your students struggling with Algebra taught in the traditional way? Algebra has always been one of the most difficult mathematical concepts to learn and teachers struggle to help students understand the concepts of Algebra, expecially those who are not yet abstract thinkers.
Moving with Algebra features research-based Concrete-Representational- Abstract (CRA) instruction giving teachers and students unique hands-on concrete manipulative activities to develop these abstract concepts.
The Learning System integrates this innnovative curriculum with standards-based assessment and outstanding instructional support to give teachers all the tools to lead successful and effetive Algebra classrooms.
Using this flexible and unique system, all students can become successful in Algebra no matter their level of preparedness, learning styles or spoken languages.

Complete and Flexible Program to Teach Algebra
Moving with Algebra is arranged in three parts using hands-on manipulative
activities to teach Number Sense through Quadratic Equations and Polynomials.
The series first prepares students for operational success in Algebra with the fundamental concepts Fractions, Decimals & Percent in Part A.
Part B provides scaffolded instruction in geometry and measurement along with integer operations and introductory algebra topics such as writing and simplifying algebraic expressions, properties of equality and solving equations and inequalities. Modeling with tables, graphs and equations and finding slopes of lines are also taught.
Part C introduces functions, including exponential and quadratic functions. Students write, transform and solve quadratic functions. They solve systems of equations and inequalities, and operate with polynomials.
