The mean score increased from 57% to 77%, an overall increase of 35%! PERCENT OF INCREASE IN MEAN SCORES 69% of the K–4 students failed the Pre-Test. Of those who failed, 58% went on to pass the Post-Test. WHERE: District-wide in St. Paul Public Schools. WHO: Over 12,500 students in Grades K-12.
