INCREASE IN STUDENTS PASSING INCREASE IN MEAN SCORES The overall percent of increase in passing students in grades 3, 4, and 6 increased by 523%. The percent of increase ranged from 279% in grade 4 to 1067% in grade 3. The percent of increase in mean scores ranged from 33% in grade 3 to 45% in grade 6. The average gain for all students was 39%.
