INCREASE IN STUDENTS PASSING INCREASE IN MEAN SCORES The percent of students passing increased from 21% in grade 2 to 230% in grade 3. The overall increase was 62%. The mean score rose from 17% in grade 2 to 36% in grades 3 and 4, a 71% increase.
