Screen Instructions: • The Check Point Review Record Sheet (Individual) screen contains all Check Point reviews for the student. Results appear in the tables after the student has taken the Check Points online or answers have been properly input by the teacher. Click on Next Page or Previous Page to navigate between the Check Point review screens. Each individual review shows: – Problems/objectives that the student missed on the Check Point review (indicated by an “X”) – Student’s percent correct for each related objective from the Pre-Test – Number correct (out of 10) and percent correct – Mean percent correct for the class (bottom row on the right) Check Point Record Sheet (Individual) The bottom row shows the student’s % correct per objective from the Pre-Test.
