Extensions Assessment - User_Teacher
Each student name has a row with “X’s” to show missed objectives. The bottom three rows show the aver- age percent correct for each objective. Each content strand is listed at the top of the column. Objective numbers are listed in the next row. Click here to get a full report that can print on one sheet. This report includes state standards. Screen Instructions: • The Class Record Sheet is a completed, enhanced copy of the Class Record Sheet that is in the assessment section of your Teacher Guide. Without online assessment technology, teachers need to correct the tests themselves and then fill out a record sheet. The online version eliminates all record-keeping work. • This report marks an “X” under each problem number that the student misses on their tests. • At the end of each row, each student’s percent correct on the Pre-Test, Benchmark Test, and Post-Test is shown. The last rows show the average percent correct on the tests. The boxes in the bottom right corner give the class mean on the Pre-, Benchmark, and Post-Test. • Teachers can easily look down each column to view which objectives were missed most often. The bottom row lists the class percentage correct for each problem/objective. For a description of each objective, see the Student Progress Report from the main Test Results screen. If there’s more than one test problem for each objective, the average of all test problems related to the same objective are shown on the Class Percent Correct by Objective report (see page 48).
