List of Classes Page 11 If you have a classroom that uses two different Moving with Math books e.g., Grades 5 and 6, then make a new class for each book/grade. Select “Continue” or “Save.” Select the Grade level and Parts that you’ll be teaching. If teaching multiple grades, you have to create a new class for each Grade level. Name your class with a descrip- tive name such as “Period 5” or “Afternoon Math.” Screen Instructions: • First decide on a name for your class such as “Period 5” or “Afternoon Math.” This name is used to help you distinguish among the classes you teach. If you just teach one class, it does not matter what you name it. If you have additional classes, you’ll add them after you finish setting up this class. • Next pick the class book/grade/part. This information is used to decide which tests the students take, so be sure you have the correct grade/part for each class. • After naming the class and picking the class grade/part, select “Continue” to continue adding classes or to add students.
