Extensions Assessment - User_School
Page 20 Understanding the Report Filters Screen Instructions: 1. The first report filter allows you to choose a date range for tests to be included in this report. If you use the online assessment for multiple interventions, you can use these date ranges to specify which time periods to include in your reports. If you do not have multiple groups of students, then make a date range with all dates included. (See page 21 for instructions.) 2. The second report filter lets you choose between different series, if available. Choose the series you want to view for these reports (the series you’ve purchased). 3. The third report filter lets you choose whether to compare by teacher or by grade. The choice you make here, affects the options in Step 4. 4. The fourth report filter depends on the choice made in Step 3. If you chose to compare by teacher, then Step 4 allows you to view a single teacher and their class(es) or view all teachers and their class(es). If you chose to compare by grade, then Step 4 allows you to view a single grade or view all grades.(See below.) School Reports Compare Teachers (Steps 3 & 4) When “Teacher” is chosen in Step 3, you can then choose, in Step 4, to view a single teacher and their class(es) or view all teachers and their class(es) for your school. Compare Grades (Steps 3 & 4) When “Grades” is chosen in Step 3, you can then choose, in Step 4, to view a single grade or view all grades for your school.
