Select the infor- mation you want to appear in the report below. Screen Instructions: • This report shows, by grade, the total number of students (N), the range of percent of change from Pre-Test to the most recent test, and the average percent of increase for all students. • To narrow the reports, administrators need to choose: 1. the range of dates from which to pull the data (see page 28), 2. the name of the series, 3. whether to compare by school or by grades (see page 29 to see a comparison by schools), and 4. to view the entire district or just one school.
