Extensions Assessment - User_District

District Reports Page 27 Understanding the Report Filters Screen Instructions: 1. The first report filter allows you to choose a date range for tests to be included in this report. If you use the online assessment for multiple interventions, you can use these date ranges to specify which time periods to include in your reports. If you do not have multiple groups of students, then make a date range with all dates included. (See page 28 for instructions.) 2. The second report filter lets you choose between different series, if available. Choose the series you want to view for these reports (the series you’ve purchased). 3. The third report filter lets you choose whether to compare by school or by grade. If you choose to compare by school, you will get a list of schools and the percentage correct for a specific grade you pick in step 4. If you choose to compare by grade, you will get a list of all grades and the specific school you pick in step 4. 4. The fourth report filter depends on the choice made in step 3. If you are comparing by school, you can pick a grade to view for each school. If you are comparing by grade, you can pick a school or the district for which to view each grade. (see below) Compare Grades (Steps 3 & 4) When “Grades” is chosen in Step 3, you can then choose to view the entire district or individual schools. The resulting report will show you all grades in that school or the whole district. Compare Schools (Steps 3 & 4) When “Schools” is chosen in Step 3, you can then choose which specific grade to view. The resulting report will show you a report for that grade for each school.
