Manage Schools Page 25 Edit/Delete a Student First, click “Edit Student” next to the correct student. Click “Finished Editing or Deleting Students” to return to the Manage Schools screen. To erase a student’s test results, click on either the Pre- Test, Bench-Test, or Post-Test. Screen Instructions: • First, select a school from the “List of Schools” to edit students. • Next, select a teacher from the “List of Teachers” to edit students from that class. • To edit a student’s information, click on the “Edit Student” button next to their name. Enter the revised information, then click “Save Edits” at the bottom of the edit box. If you revise student information and click “Finished Editing or Deleting Students,” the revisions you just entered will not be saved. You must select “Save Edits” for the revisions to be saved. • To delete a student, click the “Edit Student” button next to their name. Next click the “Delete Student” button at the top of the edit box. • To erase a student’s test results, click on either the Pre-Test, Bench-Test, or Post-Test from the list. • When finished, click the “Finished Editing or Deleting Students” button. Make changes to the student infor- mation, then click “Save Edits” to save the information.
