Page 23 Manage Schools Edit/Delete a Teacher Screen Instructions: • First, select a school from the “List of Schools” box to edit a teacher. • To edit a teacher’s information, click on the “Edit Teacher” button next to their name. Enter the revised information, then click “Save Edits” at the bottom of the edit box. If you revise teacher information and click “Finished Editing or Deleting Teachers,” the revisions you just entered will not be saved. You must select “Save Edits” for the revisions to be saved. • To delete a teacher, click the “Edit Teacher” button next to their name. Next click the “Delete this Teacher” button at the top of the edit box. Please read warning in the box below. • When finished, click the “Finished Editing or Deleting Teachers” button. Next, click “Edit Teacher” next to the correct teacher. First, select a school to edit a teacher. When finished, click the “Finished Editing or Deleting Teachers” button. Make changes to the teacher infor- mation, then click “Save Edits” to save the information. If you delete a teacher, you will delete all information about that teacher, including students, test data, and classes for that teacher. Teachers should only be deleted if no test data has been entered, or after all students are moved to another teacher’s class.
