Page 12 Administrator Tools School Administrator Usernames/Passwords Each school has an administrator with a username and password. Screen Instructions: • Each school needs an administrator who will be responsible for the online assessment at their site. (See page 5 for more information.) This administrator will have a username and password enabling them to add and edit teachers, move students among classes, and print reports for the school and individual teachers. • This screen contains the usernames and passwords for each school. Anyone who has this information is able to make changes and can access individual student scores at the school. • Click the yellow Print button in the upper right corner to print these usernames and passwords. You have the responsibility of keeping usernames and passwords safe to protect against unauthorized access by students, teachers, and others.
